Coral Restoration Consortium Welcomes Margaux to Advisory Board

We are pleased to share that Margaux has been welcomed to the Advisory Board of the Coral Restoration Consortium (CRC).

The CRC is a global community of practice for reef restoration, including scientists, practitioners, and policy experts working to advance and scale coral reef restoration. The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance, ensuring that the CRC’s priorities align with emerging science, international policy, and the needs of reef-dependent communities around the world.

Margaux brings a wealth of expertise in coral reef science, policy, and international collaboration. In addition to her role at Blue Pangolin, she serves as International Policy and Advocacy Manager for the International Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI), where she supports the implementation of ICRI’s Plan of Action and works closely with member countries and partner organisations to support meaningful action #ForCoral.

Her career has spanned reef ecosystems in Honduras, the Maldives, and Cambodia, and her focus has consistently bridged the gap between science and policy, whether investigating coral reproductive strategies, advancing restoration best practices, or ensuring coral reefs are represented in global biodiversity and climate frameworks.

Margaux looks forward to working with an incredible team of passionate scientists, practitioners, and advocates who are dedicated to restoring and safeguarding coral reef ecosystems for future generations.
