Blue Pangolin Consulting supported SPA/RAC in enhancing resource mobilisation for the implementation of the Post-2020 Strategic Action Programme for Biodiversity (SAPBIO) in the Mediterranean. The consultancy developed a dedicated Post-2020 SAPBIO website, comprehensive communications strategy, produced targeted outreach materials, and supported the planning and delivery of a high-level donor conference in Paris. The team also designed and initiated a geo-spatially-linked online database highlighting SPA/RAC’s long-standing project support across 54 Mediterranean marine sites. Activities also included the development of a project presentation framework and targeted messaging for donor engagement.
