This consultancy supported BiodivEarth, a Swiss NGO committed to advancing nature-positive conservation. The focus was to inform the design of their flagship project aimed at enhancing resilience in areas of high biodiversity by strengthening effective management models. Through a thorough review of resilience science and practice—encompassing ecological, social, economic, and organisational dimensions—the consultancy identified key actors, projects, and tools relevant to BiodivEarth’s goals. Strategic recommendations were developed to optimise project design and foster collaboration with resilience experts. Two workshops were also designed to engage specialists and local stakeholders, ensuring the project’s practical implementation and relevance on the ground.
